Although we can liase with your representative or a real estate agent, we work completely independently of any other interest in the property so you can rest assured your potential investment is in safe hands with experienced professionals.

Comprehensive Inspection: Our most detailed service
Our comprehensive report is a visual and technological inspection of the property with verbal and written feedback. We use industry standard machines including thermal imaging camera, moisture meter, noise and air quality testers.
From our findings we supply a full comprehensive report on all elements of the property including photographic evidence of specific areas. To compliment the report we include a price estimate of any major defects that need attention.
